バンコク２日目はCascata GCへ。後発組がフライト遅延ということで、ゆっくりと朝食。夜の雨で芝が重く、トリッキーなグリーンに悩まされましたが、体格のよいおばちゃんに2時間がっつりとマッサージをされた後、夜は炭火焼肉を堪能しました。
2nd day of Bangkok. Played golf at Cascata GC. Ground condition was not so great due to rain fall the night before, but after 2 hours Thai massage by muscle lady, we enjoyed charcoal BBQ. So good.
バンコク初日は空港から近いパンヤ・インドラゴルフ場へ。入国審査にやたらに時間がかかりましたが、無事にスタート30分前に到着。朝食は鶏団子入りおかゆ。ラウンド途中のチキンもとても美味でした。
1st day in Bangkok. Played at Panya Indra GC, 45mis drive from the airport. It took almost 1 hour to pass immigration, but we reached 30 mins before tee-off time. For the breakfast ate rice soup with chicken ball, the chicken leg which tasted during round was also good.
年に一度の冷凍庫の大掃除。冷凍食品や生鮮食料調達のたバンコクへ。
Thai AIrwaysのバルクヘッドの座席はコントローラーが座席の内側にはみ出すので、体が大きいと腰のあたりに当たって痛いです。35列目だと、E席がベターかも。
Annual event to clear the freezer. Going to Bangkok to purveyance the food.
By the way, bulk head seat for Thai Airways is little uncomfortable as remote controller for the monitor bulges to inside. Row 35, you should choose 35E.
例年より遅いですが、本格的なモンスーンシーズンに突入しました。お陰で空気は大変清々しいです。次に青空が見れるのは９月ですね。
Little late compare from normal year but Mumbai is now Monsoon season. Air is clear, but we have to wait to see clear sky until September.

インドでは、簡単そうにみえる修理であっても、みんなで、あーだこーだ、良く議論しています。
Repairmen work for A/C outdoor unit. Workman (Sitting) and 6 other audience.
In India, even simple repair, people are tend to argue better solution. This is normal scene.
オフィス街にある椅子の修理屋さん。ある意味専門職。
Chair repair shop(?) near our office area. A sort of “professional”, maybe.
とてもインドっぽい光景。お金をかけなくても目的を達成するだけであれば、工夫次第でなんとかなる。
Very much Indian way of fixing.
No need for single rupee, if you just want to achieve the goal.
２日間で訪問したワイナリーは、以下の5つ。Gloverはいくつものワイナリーを買収して、今最も力をつけているワイナリー。ちょっと銘柄を整理した方が良いかな、と思うところ。基幹ワインのCheneはとても素晴らしい出来栄えです。一方、Vallonneは小規模経営で丁寧なワイン造りをしています。今回の購入本数は52本でした。

We visited 5 vineyard listed in above. Glover is most growing wine maker via aggressive M&A. However personally it is essential to reassess blending and better to limit varsity of product. Chene, the flagship wine of this vineyard is world class quality. On the other hand, Vallonne is very small family run wine maker but quality of each single product is very good.
週末を使って会社の皆さん10名を引率して、ムンバイから車で4時間のところにあるNashikのワイナリーへ。
普段訪れることのできないCharossaでは発酵タンクや熟成中の樽から試飲させていただきました。このワイナリーはオーストラリア人をコンサルタントに雇っているとのこと。また醸造責任者はスーラワイナリーを立ち上げた初期メンバーの一人。
テンプラリーニョがまずまずのクオリティなので、赤主体で熟成やブレンドをする事で、いい商品が出来そうな予感を感じます。白はまだまだ工夫の余地ありです。
Visited Nashik vineyard, with 10 colleagues from our company.
First time visited Charossa vineyard, which is normally not open to the public. We tasted wine from the fermentation tank and barrel. This vineyard hires Australian consultant and chief wine manager is one of first member of Sula vineyard.
I think this vineyard produces good Tempranillo so potential to produce good matured Tempranillo wine or, blended red. White wine is still under development.
夏休み中の家族は日本へ。約１ヶ月の実質単身赴任が始まります。新興国によくありがちな光景だそうです。
While children are in summer holiday, family flew back to Japan. It started single stay for a month.
