We see everywhere a road work in Mumbai, partly due to heavy traffic, but probably structure is different from developed counties. The way they fix the road… is like this. If it is a case in Japan, road work will be finishing during the night.
ムンバイではあらゆるところで道路工事が行われています。交通量の多さが原因とも思いますが、おそらくは道路の構造が先進国とは違うからでしょうか。インドでの道路舗装工事は・・・写真のような感じです。日本での舗装工事だったらおそらく深夜帯で終わってしまうのだと思うのですが。

ようやくかっ飛びのインターネットを手に入れました。以前はビデオ会議やLine電話などではしょっちゅう途切れていたのですが、これでようやく安定したインフラを手に入れたことになります。
When I came back to India in late Feb, I expected to have stable and fast internet, so I selected Reliance Jio Fiber. However Speed check website shows 80-90 Mbps, but actual access to internet is very slow. Even inside wall LAN cable may be old and not stable. Called engineer to fix the line.
インドに2月に戻ってきた際に高速インターネットを期待してリライアンスの光ファイバーを申し込みしました。しかしながらスピードチェックのサイトでは80−90Mbpsのスピードが出ているのですが、実際のサイトへのアクセスがとても遅く、また壁内のLANケーブルもかなり古いものなので、エンジニアを呼んで修理しています。
In India still Gas Cylinder is popular for house use. People says issue for gas pipeline is leakage, loss or theft… yes I believe Cylinder is much safe.

One of the rich time I feel in India is to have a Western style of activity. Starbucks is one of it despite you may feel it is “small” thing. Today I found rid of Starbucks coffee is now made from paper not a plastic anymore! India already shifted to paper cup even cold drink before 2020. Last piece is muddler.

My self quarantine period is over now. Drove down the street and looked around how city looks like. Pretty normal other than people are wearing masks. Horn, crowds, traffic jams… yes this is India. Visited one of favorite ice cream shop and tasted mango flavor!

I tried McDelivery today for my lunch. I ordered one spicy chicken wrap, coffee and fries. Found something wrong… Yes, McDonald’s put the items into wrong paper bag, veg should be in green and non-veg should be in red. For non vegetarian it won’t be an issue every other way around, but for vegetarian it is a big issue.
今日久しぶりにマックデリバリーを頼みました。スパイシーチキンラップ、コーヒー、フレンチフライを頼んだのですが違和感が・・そうだ、マクドナルドは入れる袋を待ち合っています。ベジタリアン用は緑、ノンベジタリアン用は 赤い袋に入っているはずが逆になっています。ノンベジタリアンにとってはどうでも良い話ですが、ベジタリアンにとっては大変な問題です。
