とてもインドっぽい光景。お金をかけなくても目的を達成するだけであれば、工夫次第でなんとかなる。

２日間で訪問したワイナリーは、以下の5つ。Gloverはいくつものワイナリーを買収して、今最も力をつけているワイナリー。ちょっと銘柄を整理した方が良いかな、と思うところ。基幹ワインのCheneはとても素晴らしい出来栄えです。一方、Vallonneは小規模経営で丁寧なワイン造りをしています。今回の購入本数は52本でした。

We visited 5 vineyard listed in above. Glover is most growing wine maker via aggressive M&A. However personally it is essential to reassess blending and better to limit varsity of product. Chene, the flagship wine of this vineyard is world class quality. On the other hand, Vallonne is very small family run wine maker but quality of each single product is very good.
週末を使って会社の皆さん10名を引率して、ムンバイから車で4時間のところにあるNashikのワイナリーへ。
普段訪れることのできないCharossaでは発酵タンクや熟成中の樽から試飲させていただきました。このワイナリーはオーストラリア人をコンサルタントに雇っているとのこと。また醸造責任者はスーラワイナリーを立ち上げた初期メンバーの一人。
テンプラリーニョがまずまずのクオリティなので、赤主体で熟成やブレンドをする事で、いい商品が出来そうな予感を感じます。白はまだまだ工夫の余地ありです。
Visited Nashik vineyard, with 10 colleagues from our company.
First time visited Charossa vineyard, which is normally not open to the public. We tasted wine from the fermentation tank and barrel. This vineyard hires Australian consultant and chief wine manager is one of first member of Sula vineyard.
I think this vineyard produces good Tempranillo so potential to produce good matured Tempranillo wine or, blended red. White wine is still under development.
夏休み中の家族は日本へ。約１ヶ月の実質単身赴任が始まります。新興国によくありがちな光景だそうです。
While children are in summer holiday, family flew back to Japan. It started single stay for a month.
ムンバイに戻ってきました。なんとドバイとムンバイのフライト時間は約二時間半。デリー・チェナイ間よりも近いとは。
Coming back to Mumbai. So shocked flight time is only 2.5 hours, it is much closer than Delhi-Chennai flight.
ロンドンからムンバイに帰国する途中にドバイで8時間のトランジット。はてさて、どうしたものかと悩んでも仕方ないので、思い切って市内観光に。やはりここはブルジュハリファに登るしかないでしょう。ちなみに125階でのVR体験、なかなか面白いです。
あ、注意点があります。ドバイには早朝につきますが、シャワーを浴びる施設は出国エリアにしかないので、シャワーを浴びることはできません。どうしてもの方は、近くのホテルを取るか、市内観光を諦めて空港内に滞在する、という手はあります。
ドバイで働く外国人のうち、なんと40％強がインド人とのこと。金融、会計、不動産、ワーカーなどなど。最近では現地の人がヒンディを習い始めたとか（笑）
On the way back from London to Mumbai, we stayed in Dubai for 8 hours for transit. We decided to for sightseeing (no VISA required for Japanese), of course, we should visit Burj Khalifa. VR experience at 125F is worth try, I would say.
One quick note is there is no shower facility at the airport building, only you can find departure area (after immigration), so two options, you book hotel for the shower, or give up to for for sightseeing and stay in terminal building.
By the way, we learned that 40% of foreign worker in Dubai is Indian. Financial service, accounting, real estate business, construction workers. Recently it is said local resident started to learn Hindi.
