6月4日、無事にインド赴任（最初の出勤日）から1年を迎えました。正直あっという間でしたが、沢山の経験と多くの気づきを得られた一年でした。チームのみんなにsamosaを振舞って一緒に祝いました。

インド赴任ですが、誰もが口を揃えて言うのは、

1年目は慣れるのに必死、
2年目は漸くビジネスのコツを得、
3年目に自分である程度コントロール、
4年目で稼げるようになり、
じゃあもう1年頑張ってくれ、派遣期間が伸びるため平均赴任期間が5年くらいになるのだそうです。

On 4th June, I completed my 1st year in India. I cannot feel already 1 year has passed, so many experience and findings. Celebrated with team member by having very tasty samosa.

It is said amongst expat, that

1st year, to get used to India
2nd year, understand business
3rd year, mostly control business
4th year, can make money
Therefore head quarter is possibly ask you to stay one more year to make a big money. As a regular average period of India stay is likely to be 5 years…
